INFORMATION:
The NAEMT Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) CLS COMBAT LIFESAVER course introduces evidence-based, life-saving techniques and strategies to provide the best care for victims on the battlefield. Our TCCC course includes all elements of emergency assistance, providing participants with the skills they need to respond quickly and effectively to traumatic situations that can occur without warning. After completing the course, students will receive the necessary knowledge and will be equipped with skills that can potentially affect life and death. This is the only TCCC course approved by the American NAEMT Authorized Training Center.
Who is this qualifications for?
This 5-day NAEMT Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) CLS COMBAT LIFESAVER course is designed in particular for government agencies (Police, Border Guards, Army) medical teams, medics as well as for private military operators who plan activities in high risk areas and people who would like to raise their knowledge and skills in providing medical assistance and saving lives in battlefield conditions.

- Levels of care
- Phases of care CUF, TFC and TEC
- M.A.R.C.H. P.A.W.S
- Limb hemorrhage management
- Junctional hemorrhage – „Wound packing” including hemostatic dressings
- Respiratory management – pneumothorax, "burping", needle decompression
- Pathophysiology of breathing, pneumothorax, "burping", thoracentesis using a needle
- Circulation, hypovolemic shock
- Hypothermia prevention
- Head injuries
- 9-line Medevac request / MIST
- Documentation
- Preparation for evacuation
- Patient monitoring using the "re-evaluation loop"
- Referral of a patient
Learning methods :
- The course will be conducted by former Special Forces Combat Medics with many years of combat trauma management experience. Lectures will be conducted in the classroom, while practical classes in urban areas and shooting ranges. The course will be conducted at the TRG Training Center using TRG equipment.
