INFORMATION:

The aim of the Pistol Advanced course is to consolidate previously acquired knowledge and learn new methods of shooting and tactics. Exercises are performed in unfavorable conditions (stress, limited visibility). Great emphasis is placed on task-based exercises and the correct recognition of the target for elimination.

Who is this qualification for?

The course is dedicated in particular to law enforcement agencies (Police, Border Guards, Army) and for people who have experience and relevant shooting knowledge. People who have completed the Pistol Basic course with TRG can also join this class.

  • Safety rules
  • Five fundamentals of tactical shooting refresh
  • Quick shooting without aiming (perception shooting)
  • Target identifying
  • Non-standard shooting positions
  • Unstable shooting stance
  • Shooting from behind cover
  • One hand shooting
  • Swapping hands
  • Non-standard magazine change
  • Double-tap shooting
  • Group Work (2 shooters)
  • Shooting drills

Learning methods :

  • The course will be conducted by former Special Forces Operators with many years of experience in combat teams using theoretical and practical exercises. Lectures will be conducted in the classroom, while practical classes in urban areas and shooting ranges. The course will be conducted at the TRG Training Center using TRG equipment.
